Stroll through the flower gardens and paddock lanes of the 30 acre horse farm across the street. Watch horses trained for ridden dressage and carriage driving. Country atmosphere but still only 10 minutes to grocery store, 5 minutes to restaurants, 15 minutes to historical downtown Deland, Stetson University & skydive Deland. 30 minutes to Daytona Speedway, 45 minutes to the beach. The space The house is spacious and great for big groups. The yard is also large enough for outdoor activities. You are invited to visit the garden & horse farm just across the street where you could see butterflies, humming birds, owls, hawks, kites, raccoons, possums, armadillos, squirrels, deer, pilliated woodpeckers and so many more are common visitors on the farm in addition to our 20 resident horses. Guest access Your living space is a detached house in which you have the entire building to yourself and therefore very private. There is only one small step to get into the house so it is handicap friendly, but not legally handicapped accessible because we don't have handrails in the bathroom. Other things to note There is plenty of parking outside for boats, motorcycle trailers and the like, but there is no garage parking.
