Cozy house in a top location in Rotterdam

Centrally and quietly located in the most beautiful district of Rotterdam with free parking in front of the door. In the immediate vicinity, you can hike, paddle, bike and sail (Bergse Plassen and the Rotte). Behind our house there are nice restaurants, supermarket, wine bar and shops. Lots of playgrounds for the kids nearby. Within 10 minutes by bike/ tram you are in the city center of Rotterdam. 5 min walk from train station (Rotterdam Noord). Our dear cat Loes accompanies you during your stay in our house. The space Ground floor: hallway, toilet, kitchen, living room and garden. 1st floor: bedroom 1 double bed, bedroom 2 single loft bed, laundry room, hallway, bathroom (bath and shower). 2nd floor: hallway, bedroom 3 with single bed (extendable to double), bedroom 4 single bed. Guest access To all areas except garage and basement. Other things to note Our cat Loes is a sweetheart. If you give her food and water once a day, she is very satisfied. Her food is in the kitchen, bottom drawer under the sink. How much food does she need? 1 - 2 handfuls. She can go outside whenever she wants. If you have any questions about Loes, please let me know.
