Our spacious home is 265 fm2 with private parking, sea view and nice garden in quite neighbourhood 10-15 minutes from downtown Reykjavík by bus/car. Bus station is 2 min walk away. 5 min walk to local swimming pool, 24 hours supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, ice cream store. Beautiful sea and sunset view restaurant/bar 2 min walk away. The kitchen and living room is in an open area - very spacious. There are 4 bedrooms and the beds arrangement can be changed perfect for family. The space The house is open and spacious with large living room and kitchen. The kitchen, living room and tv room are connected to each other in an open area. There are two bathrooms one on the hallway and one next to the entrance door. There are 4 bedrooms one is used as an office today. There is no problem to change the sleeping arrangement upon guest request. Guest access Guest will have access to the whole house and garden.
