This is a historic property in one of OKC's most charming historic neighborhoods. The home is five minutes from the Oklahoma City Fairgrounds, 12 minutes to downtown, and just a couple minutes from most highways. The property was thoughtfully put together to ensure you're cozy and comfortable. The kitchen, bathroom and laundry rooms are fully equipped with essentials. It was decorated with lots of neutrals, extra blankets, and an oversized couch. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are totally open concept. There are three bedrooms (king, queen, and two twin beds) that are all generously sized. The property has two full bathrooms which are stocked with essentials. There is also a laundry room just off the side entrance to the home that has some pet items (leashes, bowls, etc) Guest access You'll be able to access the entire home, front porch, and back yard. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, dining room, kitchen, small work space off the kitchen, and laundry room. The driveway is long and narrow (Dually trucks do fit)! There's room for up to three cars, but we note this because they'll have to be parked in a row. There is no parking on 16th but the cross street, Ross, does allow street parking. Other things to note EARLY CHECK IN Check in is scheduled for 4:00 pm. Please reach out to me if you would like an early check in. Early check ins must be approved and paid for in advance. 2:00pm - $30.00 12:00pm - $60.00 LATE CHECK OUT Check out is scheduled for 11:00 am. Please reach out to me if you would like a late check out. Late check outs must be approved and paid for in advance. 1:00pm - $30.00 3:00pm - $60.00 PETS (EXCLUDING SERVICE ANIMALS) If you are bringing your pet you must disclose their attendance when booking your stay. The pet fee is $50.00 and covers one pet (emotional support animals still incur a fee). If you would like to bring more than one pet, please reach out to me to chat about it. Additional pets are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If approved, an additional $50.00 fee is charged for each pet in your party. If we learn a pet is at the property without disclosure a fee will be charged at $100 per pet. If you are traveling with a task trained service animal please inform us after booking. There is no fee for service animals, but please keep in mind they cannot be left alone at the property without prior approval. PARTIES No parties allowed. If we learn of a party at the property your reservation will terminate immediately and any damages or cleaning fees will be charged to you.
