Welcome to our newly remodeled single-story home! With 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, it’s 2000 sqft and comfortably sleeps 6. Enjoy free WiFi, Roku TV, washer/dryer, and a fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials. The backyard has desert-style landscaping, outdoor seating, and a BBQ grill. Located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood just 5–10 minutes from all the fun Las Vegas has to offer! Other things to note Things to Note & House Rules: • A valid state-issued I.D. is required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation. • The nightly rate includes up to 4 guests. Each additional guest is $25 per night. • Pets are considered with prior approval. If accepted, there is a one-time $250 allergen cleaning fee (limit 1 pet). • No parties or large gatherings. Any unauthorized events will result in a $350 fine. • The backyard is shared with another Airbnb unit. Please be mindful and respectful of shared spaces. • A washer and dryer are available for your use — just bring your own detergent. • Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Any indoor smoking will result in a $200 cleaning fee. • To help maintain the space, please avoid eating on the beds to prevent stains. • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be considerate of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. • Check-out time is firm, unless extra time is arranged with me ahead of time. I’m happy to be flexible when possible, but last-minute delays may result in a fee if it impacts the cleaning schedule. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
