Guest suite in Olhão

This charming suite, spacious, comfortable and full of natural light, is perfect for couples. Located on the first floor of a pretty traditional townhouse, it is very central, only 5 minutes from the ria, historic centre, restaurants, ferry to the islands (beaches in Olhão are all on the islands) and train station, and has its own private entrance on a picturesque pedestrian alley. On the terraces, with a view over the city, you can prepare and enjoy meals, sunbathe or have a nice cool shower. The space This suite has about 25m2, and is furnished with a grand king size (180 x 200) bed, a closet and a full-sized desk and chair. Located on the first floor of a traditional townhouse in Olhão, it is a very pleasant and comfortable space, full of natural light, high ceiling, and the décor and furniture are in a charming contemporary style. The bathroom is also very comfortable with contemporary furniture and equipment. It is also served by two terraces. On one there are a small outdoor kitchen and an outdoor eating area where you can prepare and enjoy meals, on another, at an upper level, with a view over the city, you can sunbathe, relax or admire the sun rise or set. The suite has a private entrance on a quiet and picturesque pedestrian alley and the terraces are exclusive for the suite. Guest access Only the laundry area is shared, located on a small patio by the entrance for the suite. Other things to note Information to consider before making your reservation: - Registration with the Portuguese foreign service (Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras) When or before check-in guests are required to provide identification information (EU-Identification Document or Passport) necessary for the registration with the Portuguese foreign services of their stay. - Municipal Touristic Fee In June 19, 2023 the Municipality of Olhão started charging a touristic fee, collected from the guests by the touristic establishment. So guests must be prepared to also pay this fee in the following amount: 1,00 euro per guest/night, for the maximum of 5 consecutive nights, from November to March; and 2,00 euros per guest/night, for the maximum of 5 consecutive nights, from April to October. - Commodities: Beach Gear The beach gear made available is: 2 individual beach towels, beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs, a (small) strap bag and a bottle cooler bag.
