Attached to the kitchen, enjoy your freshly brewed morning coffee at the high-top breakfast table as you plan out a day full of adventure! LIVING ROOM: Cozy up in the vibrant living room in front of the electric fireplace with a large 55-inch Smart TV ready for you to log back in and hop back into your shows, right where you left off. BATHROOM: Right off the living room, there is a convenient sparkling clean half bathroom on the main level. LAUNDRY: Take advantage of the full size washing machine and dryer to take care of those items at your convenience during your stay. MASTER BEDROOM: The second floor includes a luxurious King Master Bedroom with its own on-suite bathroom. The bedroom features a large walk-in closet and a perfect sitting area with a desk for any last-minute work items that need attention. QUEEN BEDROOM: The second floor also features a Queen bedroom with an an ultra-soft bed, fresh linens, and a spacious private closet, providing ample space for you to unpack and settle in comfortably. QUEEN BEDROOM: There is another Queen bedroom on the second floor with a wonderfully comfortable bed, fresh linens, and a spacious private closet, providing ample space for you to unpack and settle in comfortably. TWIN BEDROOM: Experience the joy of our delightful room adorned with two Twin beds, thoughtfully arranged with just the right amount of space between them, allowing you to retreat to your own side of the room for added privacy and comfort. Complete with a spacious closet, this room invites you to unwind and create lasting memories in a playful and cozy setting. FULL BATHROOM: Additionally, there is a sparkling clean full bathroom on the second floor for shared use between the bedrooms. WALK OUT PATIO / BACKYARD: Step out from the main level onto the patio which leads to a large fenced backyard where you'll find a swing set, fire pit, seating area, and even Corn Hole for those evenings in. The entire main level and upstairs of the house and backyard are yours for enjoying for the duration of your stay! Please feel free to kick back and relax in the private spacious backyard and have some fun in the sun! The basement is rented out separately and has it's own private entrance. Our team is nearby and just one message away to help you with anything you could need for an amazing stay in Colorado Springs! This house is wonderfully located in the Stetson Hills subdivision so you know you're close to everything off Powers Blvd! Anything you want nearby, and it's probably less than a 10 minute drive! Conveniently enjoy walking down the street and you'll find yourself at Stetson Park in less than 5 minutes! Walk if your prefer, but less than a 5 minute drive and you will have easy access to a King Soopers for groceries, Fiesta Jalisco which serves amazing Mexican food, Jasmine Cafe which serves delicious Chinese food, and Golden Flame Wings which might seem like a hidden gem once you've tried it! For a seamless check-in experience, you'll receive a unique code via message along with your check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for keyless entry. We've also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. The basement unit is not part of this rental but has it's own private entry. You will have access to the right side of the garage if you'd like to use it as well as the right parking spot in the driveway.
