Entire cottage, west Bay Dunoon

Recently refurbished cosy cottage, conveniently located on the shore side of west bay. Ideally situated just a short walk to the Town Centre, Sleeping up to 4 guests. Two double bedrooms Private lane access to the beach it is the Perfect Location to Explore the Beautiful & Scenic Area in the Cowal Peninsula & only a 5 min walk from the passenger ferry. Please contact first if making a booking for someone who won’t be staying as a guest. The space Cosy open plan kitchen and living area access on lower level. Bedroom one is on lower level and will sleep two in a double bed, bedroom two is located up a small flight of stairs and has a double bed. The bathroom and shower are on the lower level. Towels and bedding are supplied . Kitchen has cooking utensils,cutlery and plates , oven, fridge and microwave. There are ample books and board games as well as Xbox and wii to entertain you during your stay as well as access to fire stick and WiFi . Well behaved pets are welcome in the cottage but we would ask guests not to allow pets to sleep on beds or to be left unattended.please note there is no secure garden to exercise your pet, beach is at the bottom of the private lane) Parking space for one car is available,as the turning is tight it might not be suitable for vans. Guest access Access to cottage and lane to access beach. Guests will be given a code to access keys from a key safe. There are neighbours close to the building so we ask all guests to be mindful of the neighbours while enjoying your stay. Should guests require the use of general waste and recycling bins, please note these are located away from the building down the lane. Private parking is available on request for one car.
