Cameras are motion-activated and do not record audio. There are NO cameras inside the home, in any bedroom, or in any bathroom — your privacy indoors is fully protected. 🔊 Noise Monitoring The home uses a decibel-level monitoring device (measures noise levels only — no audio recording). If noise levels exceed neighborhood standards, we'll send a courtesy message. We're in a residential neighborhood and kindly ask that you respect neighbors, especially after 10pm. Repeated noise violations may be escalated to Airbnb. 👥 Occupancy The home has an occupancy sensor that alerts us if guest numbers significantly exceed the booking. Max occupancy is 8 guests. An additional guest fee of $15/person/night is automatically applied for each guest beyond 8. 🚭 Non-smoking home Smoking is not allowed inside the home. A $500 additional cleaning fee applies if guest smoke inside. Guests are welcome to smoke outside and are asked to use ashtrays. 🐾 Pets Pets are welcome! Please clean up after your pets in the backyard.
