No cut through traffic. Contact us for more info. Welcome to our Wyatt Road home, located in the exclusive Forest Hills neighborhood and minutes to Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals, and other Cleveland destinations. The neighborhood is super quiet. Very safe, family friendly. First floor bedroom with half bathroom. The house is close to grocery stores, Starbucks, Target, the Forest Hill Playground, and the Coventry and Cedar/Lee shopping and eating districts. Our Wyatt Road home is ideal for families. Lots of space to spread out and play. First floor features include a bedroom/office area, a half bathroom, an eat-in kitchen area, and a large sunroom with large windows overlooking the backyard. Perfect for relaxing and reading. The dining room seats 6 people and connects to the living room area where you'll find a Smart TV with Roku hookup. Washer and dryer located in basement area. The kitchen has all major appliances and cookware. Stainless steel fridge, oven, and dishwasher. Built-in electric stovetop grill. The second floor has 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a Smart TV. It connects to a full retro-style tiled bathroom with original wallpaper. Standing shower, toilet, and sink. No bathtub. The bathroom connects to the second bedroom with a full bed and a desk area for working. Plenty of storage space, including customized built-in shelves. The other 2 bedrooms have 2 twins in each room. Both of these bedrooms are carpeted. They connect to a full bathroom (shower/tub combo). Ceiling fans and blackout curtains in bedrooms. Please note that for any guests who book a stay between 30-59 days there will be a built-in $500 monthly utility cap on water, sewer, trash, electric, and gas. If you surpass that cap by more than $25 you will need to reimburse us for overage using a credit card on file. Guests who book a stay of 60 days or more are subject to reimburse us directly for utility usage EXCEPT Wifi and security system. Contact me for more info. From the one week vacation to the extended stay of 3 months or more, we are flexible with our lease terms and open to price negotiation. We offer all of our guests a variety of a la carte options to help make their stay in Cleveland as wonderful and stress-free as possible. For a full house of 6 people, monthly utilities tend to run between $400 to $450 per month. A CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM WILL BE PROVIDED TO YOU ONCE YOU CHECK IN. IMPORTANT =>>> This is an older house located in a wooded area of Cleveland Heights. It's common to see deer, chipmunks, squirrels, and small mice around the neighborhood. Rest assured we do a very thorough cleaning before each guest arrives and take all precautions to ensure that pests do not enter the house. In the RARE EVENT that you happen to see a mouse inside the house, PLEASE ALERT LINDSEY RIGHT AWAY AND WE WILL TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM. Laundry facilities are located in the basement - guests must be comfortable using stairs. Street parking is free during the day until 10:00 p.m. Please move your car into the driveway or garage to avoid getting a ticket! NO MORE THAN 4 CARS ALLOWED IN THIS HOUSE! A few notes about the house... 1. Unless there is more than a 3 to 4 inches of snow accumulated in ONE DAY, we do not provide snow removal. We do though provide tenants with snow shovels to use incase of snow during your stay. If there is more than a few inches of snow, our crew will be there by their earliest convenience to remove the snow from your driveway and other entryways. We strongly recommend guests to check the weather forecast ahead of time prior to your arrival in case a few inches of snow are set to be in Cleveland. 2. We take care of lawn maintenance during the spring, summer and fall. Extra blankets provided, but no extra pillows at this time. 3. Pets are welcome. Number of pets is negotiable. CLEANING FEE IS NEGOTIABLE and is based on number of occupants, length of stay, and number of pets. Washer and dryer are located in the basement.
