The house is 3 kilometers from the village of Strada in Casentino, where you can find all the essential services, shops and restaurants. The space The villa is composed of large open space with equipped kitchen including all the necessary utensils for cooking and appliances, TV corner with sofas, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Gated garden and pool for exclusive use. Garden furniture, table, chairs, lounge chairs, pool beds, and shaded sails. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to all areas of the villa, garden and pool. No other guests are present at the property. The owners are not present at the villa, but remain at your disposal for all necessary requests. A pool and garden staff will enter the pool area daily at 7.30 am for cleaning and irrigation. The technical rooms in the pool are reserved for the staff.
