New and equipped house, easy access. The space The space is extremely private and safe, with an additional 30,000 m² of private green area available to guests. The outdoor spaces include trees with native forest, lawn, outdoor fireplace, sun loungers and a hammock. Casa Pôr-do-Sol has 165 m² of built area. Upon entering the house, you feel welcomed. With its wooden structure and high ceilings, it brings a sophisticatedly rustic and cozy atmosphere. The house's lighting was designed exclusively to bring comfort and relaxation. To maximize the well-being of those who choose to stay in this accommodation, all rooms are air-conditioned, with hot and cold air. The living room, subtly integrated into the kitchen, has a naturally lit environment with exquisite decor. It is equipped with a Smart TV with internet access, armchairs, poufs, pillows and a comfortable sofa bed, which can be transformed into an inviting chaise or double bed. It has two cozy bedrooms, each with a queen size bed and intimate and minimalist decor. The rooms have cabinets with hangers, as well as pillows and blankets, complete bedding and bath and hygiene items such as bathrobe, bath and face towels, shampoo, conditioner and liquid soap. The house's kitchen is complete (fridge, electric oven, microwave, gas stove, sandwich maker, blender) and equipped (it has dishes, cutlery, various glasses and cups, pots, utensils). Still in the kitchen, the coffee corner, prepared with coffee beans, manual bean grinder and French coffee maker, brings a vintage air to the lodging. For use during the stay, guests also have access to: napkins, dish towels and tea towels, detergent and sponge, lighter, fire lighter, soybean oil, vinegar, cooking salt, sugar, instant coffee, coffee powder and coffee filter, various teas. In addition, for the convenience of our guests, the hosts provide drinks in the refrigerator (mineral water, soda, beer and sparkling wine) and bakery items (cuca, biscuits, snacks, chocolate and jellies) for purchase during the stay. The party area is the heart of the house and includes: pool table, hot tub for up to 4 people, gourmet area (barbecue, wood-fired oven and wood-burning stove), private pool... and of course, the wonderful view of the horizon and sunset! To provide greater convenience to those who stay, charcoal and firewood are available in the house for purchase and use during the stay. The house has a covered garage for up to two cars. The property is fenced and, for added guest safety, has a security system with monitoring cameras. Other things to note - Additional Room Service: For your convenience and comfort, under scheduling, we deliver the food you will consume, or market/pharmacy products. - Additional Breakfast Service: The Breakfast basket is served to guests at the door of the accommodation, including various fresh items (bread, cold cuts, snacks, sweets, fruits) and various beverage options to accompany it. It can be served at the time the guest decides, starting at 7:30 a.m. - Visitors: Visitors are not accepted during the stay, the spaces of the house are restricted to guests only. It is strictly forbidden for non-guests to access the house without authorization, generating an automatic fine in the amount of one night's stay.
