Our backyard IS the EV River. Located just north of Payson, the river flows right behind our cabin. You'll feel so isolated. Read a book on our deck or watch your kids playing in the riverbed from our breakfast nook. It can be done without leaving the cabin! Our family has been making lasting memories here for over 23 years, and now we want to share it with you. Where in AZ can you stay overlooking a year-round flowing river? Here at the "Riverside Cabin Escape"! Your family will love it! Located on 1/4 acre and backing up to the East Verde River, we have 3 main bedrooms. A very spacious master with California King Bed and Smart TV. 2nd bedroom with a Queen murphy bed . 3rd is our loft (our grandkids love it) with 4 beds. A large living area complete with 2 sofas that have 4 electric recliners and a 50" TV complete with sound bar and bass. You'll have complete access to the entire house & property by yourself with a self check-in smart lock. We are off-site but always available via Airbnb message or Airbnb call. We live in a community called East Verde Estates approximately 5 miles north of Payson on Highway 87. The East Verde River, which flows continuously through a red rock ravine, is lined with cottonwood trees that canopy the river and walking trails. It is a private neighborhood that is pet friendly with many residents that live here year round. Our cabin backs up to the East Verde River with a private access to the riverbed. We have county maintained dirt city streets (all normal city street rules apply). To access our property you will cross 2 bridges. The river flows under the first bridge and over the second bridge (it's more like a stream at that point). Please visit our YouTube channel for directions and instructions. We have private parking which can handle several vehicles. We now have Elon Musk's STARLINK internet service. It's the fastest internet available for remote locations.
