Sofia Luxury Studio is located in Eforie Nord resort. It is a new studio arranged this year 2022, with quality furniture and comfort at the highest standards. It is located in a new complex of apartments and studios in the Steaua de Mare area and is only 300 meters walk to the sea. The studio is located at the entrance to the resort, in a quiet neighborhood, 1.3 km from the center, near supermarkets and restaurants. Relax in this calm and elegant space. The space Luxury studio, beautiful, elegant, intimate and chic, with an area of 37 sqm, maximum capacity 4 people (3 adults + 1 small child), located on one of the upper floors of a building built in 2021, in Eforie Nord. The building is equipped with 2 state-of-the-art elevators and video surveillance. The location is only 5 minutes walk from Acapulco beach, 10 minutes from the center, offering a generous view of the coast and the city. The interior design is created by specialists in the field. Parking is provided on the ground floor of the building, depending on the available places. The studio is specially designed, open-space type. Facilities: - Own gas heating system - Super orthopedic mattress with memory and antimicrobial effect, hypoallergenic pillows and duvets; - White cotton linens and towels; - Personal hygiene products; - Coffee capsules (different flavors) - Parking place (depending on the availability in the block area) Preparing the Studio for guests: • Bed linen, pillows, blankets, kitchen towels and other fabrics are washed with special detergents at 90°C, • It is completely vacuumed, followed by a detailed cleaning of all surfaces • Dishes are washed and disinfected • Clean bed linen, previously washed and disinfected in the laundry, is placed on the bed • After placing the clean bed linen, towels and decorations, all flat surfaces, handles are finally disinfected, being completely cleaned is ready for new guests. Guest access The living room is separated by a decorative wall from the preparation and dining area. The futuristic interior lighting, on the LED system, ensures a pleasant ambience and a wonderful state of comfort. Everything is designed to provide an extremely relaxing holiday. The living room is equipped with a double bed 160Ox2000, an extendable sofa for 2 people 130Ox2000, a generous dressing room for clothes, 2 practical dressers next to the bed, a table with 2 bar chairs, a clothes dryer, an iron and an ironing board. In addition, Samsung UHD crystal LED Smart TV - 138 cm diagonal, cable TV with HD programs, free Wi-Fi Internet, air conditioning, washing machine. - The bathroom is equipped with a shower, hairdryer, washbasin embedded in bathroom furniture, ventilation fan, mirror and a suspended toilet. - The spacious kitchen, arranged very practically, has the following facilities: induction hob, hood, sink and drainer, fridge-freezer, microwave oven and gas boiler for hot water supply. Other amenities: coffee machine, toaster, kettle and all necessary kitchen utensils. - The intimate terrace, equipped with a table and 2 comfortable chairs for breakfast or morning coffee, offers a wonderful view of the sea and the beautiful sunrise.
