The Garden Suite is located in the heart of Emden: within walking distance of the city center, the green Emden ramparts, as well as the most beautiful walking and waterways on the Emder Siel. The centrally and quietly located 2-room apartment was modernized in 2022 & furnished with a lot of love. In addition to the modern amenities & the cozy atmosphere of the apartment, the spacious sun terrace invites you to fully enjoy your vacation and leave everyday life behind. The kitchen is equipped with everything of high quality that is needed for a carefree stay. The bedroom with direct access to the 40 square meter sun terrace is quietly located and offers a good night's sleep thanks to the 1.60 x 2.00 meter upholstered bed. The spacious sun terrace invites you to relax in the hanging chair, read on the garden lounge or have breakfast outdoors. Of course, the terrace can be used all year round, but please note that due to the North Sea weather, we prepare our terrace from May to September and prepare it for outdoor time. The large 48-inch smart TV, equipped with Magenta TV and RTLplus subscription, offers a comprehensive entertainment program. You have the option to watch all the usual cable channels via HD. Optionally, the TV has all the streaming services that you can conveniently log into. A furnished workspace and free Wi-Fi offer the possibility to work from the home office if necessary.
