The Garden Suite is located in the heart of Emden: walking distance to downtown, the green Emder Wallanlagen, as well as the most beautiful walking& water trails on the Emder Siel. The centrally & quietly located 2-room apartment was modernized & furnished with a lot of love in 2022. In addition to the modern equipment & the cozy atmosphere of the apartment, the spacious sun terrace invites you to fully enjoy your vacation and leave everyday life behind you. The space The 50 sqm apartment has a light-flooded living room with fully equipped kitchen and central dining area. The kitchen is high-quality and equipped with everything needed for a carefree stay. The bedroom with direct access to the 40 sqm sun terrace is quiet and offers a good night's sleep thanks to the 1.60 x 2.00 meter upholstered bed. The spacious sun terrace invites you to relax in the hanging chair, read in the garden lounge or have breakfast outdoors. Of course, the terrace can be used all year round, but please note that, due to the North Sea weather, we set up our terrace from May to September and prepare it for outdoor use. The large 48-inch smart TV, equipped with Magenta TV and RTLplus subscription, offers a comprehensive entertainment program. You have the opportunity to watch all the usual cable channels via HD, optionally the TV has all the streaming services you can log into comfortably. A set up workspace and free Wi-Fi offer the opportunity to work from the home office if needed. Free parking is available right in front of the house and along the street.
