Lovely Apartment Close to Airport/Beach

Lovely 2 guests 1 a/c room apartment with 1 queen bed in a 3apt house, 1 bathroom and kitchen. Located in a normal puertorrican working class neighborhood (time in car) 7mins from the Airport, 8mins from beach, 12mins from Condado and Piñones, and 20mins from Old San Juan and Plaza Las Americas. Near the area you may find gas stations, 24/hr supermarket, fast foods, restaurants and rental cars. Check in with keybox. SmartTV. The space Apartment is in a house divided into 3 apartments. Please be considerate on noise levels since there will be another guests in adjacent apartments. Guest access Guest will be provided a code the night before for the lockbox to get the keys for self-check in Guest have NO access to the back of the house. Back door (inside the bathroom) is locked. This is to prevent neighbor's property; not every guest behaves. Other things to note The space will be cleaned and fully prepared before your arrival. This is a self-service stay, and I respect your privacy during your visit. No services are provided during your stay — only the rental and use of the space. For every 2 days of stay with 2 guests, we provide 2 bath towels (one per guest), 2 washcloths, and 1 hand towel. No additional towels or linen will be provided during the stay, so please plan accordingly. Thank you for understanding. Room's window SHOULD NOT be open, only purpose is to bring light into the room. Neighbor has a rooster. having the A/C fan on medium or higher or ceiling fans on high will make it possible to not hear it. There is a garage but is too narrow for a car, so cars are not allowed to park inside to prevent incidents. You may park in the street in front of the Garage's gate or in the other side of the street. There is a lagoon nearby, is not considered swimmable by the locals, although boats and jetskis pass trough there all the time. Power outages are common in all Puerto Rico and usually are not longer than 10mins. Nevertheless, guest is encouraged to msg me about it so i can report it and it can be solved faster. There is a security camera in another property of mine that covers the street in front of this property. And also there is one pointing outwards (at the street) at the entrance of this apt; it is close to the garage ceiling, and another one in the front of the property also pointing outwards
