Welcome to our villa nestled at the foot of the Calanques National Mountains and a few minutes from the seaside. With its large wooded garden, it will offer you peace and relaxation with your family. 6 minutes from the beaches, 5 minutes from the port and the city center of La Ciotat, 20 minutes from Cassis and 30 minutes from Marseille, you will have an ideal location to fully enjoy the region! The space The villa is located on a 500 m² private property, beautifully landscaped with flowers and trees, and includes a dining area with BBQ, a relaxation area with deckchairs, an outdoor pond with fish, and Hermann's tortoises. In short, everything you need to enjoy the outdoors under the sun of Provence! Inside the house consists of an entrance serving: - an equipped and furnished kitchen - a dining area with a large family table - a 1st living room with TV and sofa convertible into a double bed - a 2nd cozy living room with library space and opening onto the terrace and garden - one large bedroom with double bed and storage - bathroom with Italian shower - a separate toilet Upstairs you will find: - a bedroom with 2 single beds or 1 double bed to choose from - a children's room with a loft bed (sleeps 2 90x180) - bathroom with shower To know... we have 7 Herman turtles including 3 babies and some goldfish in a small pond. If you have children they will surely be happy to give them their meal (which we will obviously leave for you). Guest access Guest access is via a private entrance with a gate and a portal. House with no one opposite. There is no parking space at the property. You have access to all areas of the accommodation described in the listing.
