The space The studio is located in the city center of Playa del Carmen. The center offers a thoroughfare with shops, restaurants, and nightlife hotspots ranging from laid-back bars to dance clubs. Guest access You’ll have full, exclusive access to the Studio plus access to the common areas, the rooftop pool/lounge, lobby, massage room, laundry rooms and the gym on-site. Other things to note Important: The apartment is located in a lively area in the city center. Some home & essentials are provided like coffee, tee, sugar, salt, toilet paper, hand & body soap, paper towels, and some trash bags. These items can always be replenished upon request. If your booking is more than 4 days, we can always replace your towels with new ones upon request every 7 days. The studio has a maximum visitor capacity of 3 people and visitors have access until 10 pm, meaning no visitor can enter after 10 pm. There is no daily housekeeping service but cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee of USD 30. Long-term stays are available. There’s reliable Wi-Fi and laptop-friendly space in the Studio and at the building.
