Small beachfront villa + garden + private parking

La Maisonnetta is a small villa 5 minutes' walk from the sea with terrace + landscaped and flowered garden. No neighbors. Private parking space. Within the Narbonnaise Regional Natural Park, beautiful walks to do (walks with sea views, on stretches of water, in the garrigue... see guide in "highlights of the neighborhood"). A subtle alliance between Beach-Nature-family-tranquility. Multiple activities around: water sports, petanque, tennis, municipal swimming pool, water park... Shops: 3 min walk. The space Upstairs is a bedroom with a double bed and a mezzanine with 2 bunk beds for children. On the ground floor, a living room-TV area with a sofa bed that can be opened to serve as a bed for 2 people. Equipped kitchen and living room large enough for 4-5 people. Exterior with garden tables for 5 people, electric barbecue and 2 deckchairs in the garden area. Guest access full accommodation Other things to note We have decided to no longer charge a cleaning fee but the counterpart is to make the accommodation as clean as when you entered it. During the check-in, you will be asked for a "cleaning deposit" of €60 (+ €40 ifthere is a dog) which will be returned to you of course if you respected our little Maisonnetta (Rq for pet owners: we will be very looking on pet hair, try to be just as vigilant! ). For reasons of hygiene and simplicity, we strongly recommend that you bring your sheets and pillowcases (if this is not possible, we will provide them, €15/bed in this case and let us know well in advance). We provide duvets and pillows. The kitchen is equipped with 2 kinds of coffee makers: filter and a Senseo.
