Our home is a sprawling Frank Lloyd Wright style (100% Solar 5400SqFt) with a heated pool, swim up bar, bbq area, and stunning city and mountain views from its location nestled up on the side of Camelback Mountain. Resting on Camelback Mountain in one of the most exclusive enclaves of seven custom estate homes. Perfect for family and friends to have a wonderful vacation, winter home, or home away from home! All the amazing restaurants, golf, hiking, and activities are right where we are at. We have just completed a major remodel and have relisted our home as a new listing at significantly reduced rates. Our home has stunning views overlooking the Phoenix/Scottsdale valley, it's yard, pool, and bbq area on one side and stunning views of Camelback mountain on the other as the home is nestled into the mountain front. We are as high up as you can get and still have a great yard which is perfect for enjoying the outdoors and for children. We do not charge a pool heating fee like most vacation rentals. The main level almost entirely floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the valley and mountain. The media room features a massive 180inch (15 Foot diagonal) screen, surround sound, and awesomely comfortable seating (which also can be configured as 2 queen or 4 single beds if you wish). The Master bedroom: This master bedroom is nearly 800 st.feet with private six headed shower, HUGE separate jetted tub, and two private vanities and TONS of closet space. The room has an air purifier and offers plenty of room to lounge out and relax in your private retreat. You can view the lights of the city from the bed. We have a German made post bed with a Wynn mattress on it for the perfect night sleep. We use mite, allergen protective covers on all mattresses and pillows. The room offers an assortment of feather, memory foam, buckwheat and fiber filled pillows and luxury linens. The Master is designed as a sanctuary and is your perfect vacation retreat all by itself. Other bedrooms: One of the other bedrooms is an ensuite with private bath and direct access to the yard and the pool. Another is in the upper split level and overlooks the pool and city, with queen sized bed, TV, desk, and lots of closet space. We have a fourth bedroom that's fun for adults and kids alike, which overlooks Camelback mountain and the entryway waterfall. This room has a TV, Queen bed with a twin bunk above it, and a queen trundle that slides out to the other side of the room. All three have tempur foam mattresses and luxury lenin. While we don't include it in the bedroom count, many use the library as an additional private bedroom. A queen, spring mattress futon couch is in there and exceptionally comfortable. All of these rooms have just been remodeled with new everything, have a large closet and great flat screen TV's with DirectTV. The downstairs ensuite has a private bath. The beds are a high-quality Tempur memory foam luxury mattress. For all bedrooms, we use mite, allergen, protective covers on all mattresses and pillows. The rooms offer an assortment of pillows and luxury linens. Regulator housekeeping service is provided every two weeks (weekly if you wish). The entire house, pool, backyard, and BBQ's are all available for your use. Parking is plentiful. You can sit and relax on the lanai or living room and watch the city below and stunning Arizona sunsets. This home is not suitable for rambunctious parties of hundreds, but, it's commonly used for family celebrations of all kinds. The home is perfect for snowbirds and summer lovers alike who want a retreat that feels like it's a private oasis in the desert but, is in the middle of everything or business and adult vacation travelers who want benefits of being in a sprawling home versus a hotel. The only area not available to guests is the garage and two, out of the way, closets in the house. We use the garage and other two closets as an 'owners closet' where we store our own clothes, yard/repair stuff, and holiday decorations). You will be greeted by us or our caretaker, who maintains the property, who will show you around and assist you in getting settled. Additional services are available from professional in home massages provided by a local spa, nature hikes by guide, etc. We are in a small exclusive private enclave of 7 estate homes on Camelback Mountain. Loud rambunctious parties are not allowed in our area and are handled swiftly by our neighbors and caretaker who will escort folks out immediately should this occur unarranged. The home is located in the most secluded private neighborhood of 7 custom homes on Camelback mountain. It is a quiet sanctuary and is wonderful for hiking, biking, and walking. We are minutes from downtown Scottsdale, all of the best resorts in town, spring training fields, spa's, and golf. Our home overlooks the city on one side and Camelback Mountain on the other and is minutes from all the party action in downtown Scottsdale, the Biltmore, minutes to the airport, near spring training, zoo, great food, and the botanical gardens. We recommend guests have a car or hire a driver for their time as Scottsdale and Phoenix require driving to get around vs. more condensed cities. Many guests leverage Uber quite happily as well. Location doesn't get better than this in Phoenix/Scottsdale! You will be overlooking the valley. From the house you can see storms roll in, downtown Phoenix, the airport with planes landing in the distance, South Mountain, and of course Camelback on which the home sits. This is a place to escape and feel like you're in the desert but, have all the convenience of being in the middle of everything. Our home located in a very special enclave of 7 homes on a private drive, that is unlike any other on the mountain. Our pool is heated to 85 degrees if you wish it to be. Because pools take time to heat please let us know at the time of booking if you wish it heated. If instant booking we may need a couple of days in advance to get the pool up to temperature.
