The space This home is conveniently positioned between Grand Rapids "Beer City USA" and the lakeshore towns of Holland and Grand Haven. There are many great places to visit in-between and nearby such as farms, trails, shopping malls, etc. Enjoy your privacy as only 1 unit of the house will be rented at a time. You will have the entire upper unit to yourself. Guest access This listing will be accessible through the garage. The garage can be entered through a side door near the house's main entryway. When in the garage, look for a door labeled with a large A. You will find a smart lock on the door to access the unit. We will send you an access code within 48 hours of arrival. Other things to note Non-smoking and pet-free. We need accurate guest numbers to serve you best. During your stay if anything is damaged please inform us so we can fix, replace, or restock. Additionally, please leave any used bedding, towels and linens on the floor or in the laundry room. NO PARTIES! No weddings OR parties allowed without proper permits and permission.
