The resort style yard is perfectly space planned with many different areas to relax, including a private pool (heating available for $50/day), lounge chairs, fire pit, corn hole and a beautiful sky-light covered dining area. Walled and gated for privacy, the huge back yard features a private, heated pool with panoramic mountain views. Lounge chairs and umbrellas surround the pool, aside an outdoor living room with plenty of seating, a hanging chair, and outdoor dining for up to eight. The interior has been thoughtfully furnished, decorated, and stocked to make your stay as fun and carefree as possible. The living room with vaulted ceilings can comfortably seat 8, has a 60" smart TV, and easily accesses the outdoor patio through a large sliding glass door. The dining area seats four and is flanked by a counter top breakfast bar with seating for two. The airy and bright kitchen has sparkling quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked with Nespresso machine, coffee maker, pressure cooker, Nutribullet, a full suite of pots, pans, mixing bowls, cooking utensils, and food prep/storage tools. The primary Palm Suite is beautifully styled and offers a king bed, 50" smart TV, sliding glass doors to the pool/yard, dual closets, and a small office area. The en suite bath has dual sinks and a step-in glass shower. The Royal Robles room is dramatically set with deep blue fabric wall. It offers a queen bed, smart TV, sliding glass door to an additional patio and fire pit, and access to the pool. The accompanying hall bath is tiled floor-to-ceiling and has a gorgeous frameless glass walk-in shower.
