The space The apartment is at the first floor of a building located in the heart of Trastevere district, historically rich and beating heart of the city (please note that the area is one of the liveliest and busiest central areas of the city, so it can be noisy for light sleepers, particularly on summer evenings). The kitchen-dining area is the heart of the house, it is a spacious and welcoming environment where you will find everything you need to experiment yourself with local recipes or prepare your favorite meals. The kitchen equipment is complete and simple to use. The very large table can also become a comfortable work area. The bedroom is spacious and bright with a large window, a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe at your complete disposal for storing clothes and personal items. The second bedroom can also be used as a living room, here you can relax on the sofa watching the TV available at any time of the day. The room is spacious and bright, equipped with a wardrobe, a bookcase along the wall and two foldaway beds, one single and one double. Upon your arrival you will find the house professionally cleaned and sanitized, equipped with linen for the beds and the bathroom and a basic supply of cleansers and toilet paper at your disposal. Guest access The apartment is your own. Professionally cleaned and sanitized, with fresh linens prepared for each new guest. Other things to note !! PLEASE CAREFULLY READ AND CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING HOUSE RULES BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL: - please inform us the soonest you can about your expected arrival time at the apartment; - check in time is 3pm - 8pm > the maximum tolerance is 10pm (delays may be subject to an extra fee payment starting from 30€). The arrival time must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise check-in at your desired time may not be guaranteed; - CHECK IN PROCEDURE > all the guests will be required to present a valid identity document upon the arrival to be registered to the Italian security authorities, as required by the current legislation regarding short stays (also minors); each guest is required to sign a short term rental contract (possibly before the arrival in electronic format); - according to the Italian law in Rome the tourist city tax is € 6,00 per person per night, applied for the first 10 nights (children under 10 years old are exempt); the amount is collected by Airbnb with the booking payment; - for each stay the apartment is equipped with a BASIC supply as follows: bed linen (sheets, pillowcases and blankets for each bed - preparation of sofa/armchair beds or additional beds on request before the arrival); bathroom linen (one face towel and one bath/shower towel per guest); personal care detergents (one single-dose soap and one bar of soap per guest); toilet paper (two rolls for each bathroom); - it is not possible to wash the linen provided on the arrival at home - the cost for each damaged piece will be charged if this happens; for stays exceeding 6 nights there is an extra cost for linen change based on the number of guests and occupied beds; - please respect the other neighbors (do not make noise between 10pm and 8am); - extra cost will be charged on guests if the flat will be found at the check out in particularly dirty and untidy conditions.
