The house was designed by my wife, me, and our architects after a few years of seeing experiences of various beach houses around the world. When it was finished, it became an attraction for many friends because it was so beautiful and had great space management, as well as its extremely pleasant corners. It has become a role model for beach houses because of its excellent layout and details. We use it every summer because we love it, and we are happy to share this wonderful and peaceful place that we love so much with other people. Today it has become our favorite place to spend the summer holidays and we are committed to keeping the house as beautiful and pleasant as possible every day for our guests to enjoy this magical place. Guest access It is located on the seashore of the YUCATÁN canal, with a beautiful beach, a very safe and quiet sea and the most beautiful sunsets in the world. The property consists of 5 bedrooms, 3 main ones, located on the second floor and have a balcony overlooking the ocean, in addition to this, we have 2 additional rooms, one on the first floor that does not have air conditioning and another at the entrance of the property with air conditioning. Both are in very good condition. The house has a full kitchen, laundry area with clothesline, a storage room with basic items, covered parking for 2 cars and uncovered parking for 4 additional vehicles, private pool, private heated Jacuzzi, a private palapa with a terrace and table with chairs, private and direct access to the sea from the house's terrace and other necessary basic services. All the facilities, services and amenities of the house are completely private and only guests and the maintenance and security manager will have access In the back, 300 meters away, is the Uaymitún swamp, with its diversity of flora and fauna, including the pink flamingo. Two kilometers towards Progreso, there is a tourist stop to see pink flamingos. A 7-minute drive towards Progreso is the town of Chicxulub Puerto, with all the services and extraordinary food, where you can enjoy the best seafood on the coast and the town fair. From there, about 3 minutes away is the port city of Progreso, on whose boardwalk you can find a wide variety of Yucatecan food and seafood restaurants, bars, clubs, cruise trips, as well as various tourist promoters of excursions to cenotes and Mayan ruins. Continuing in the same direction and leaving on the Mérida - Progreso road, 10 minutes from Progreso is the "El Jaguar" Golf Club, recognized as the most beautiful in the country. Following the road and about 7 minutes away is the "La Ceiba" Golf Club. The house is located 2 hours from the wonder of the modern world, the city of Chichen-Itza, and 2 and a half hours from Río Lagartos and Las Coloradas, and 3:30 hours from the city of Cancun. On the first floor we have a TV room with a full bathroom and a big table for 10 people, also a full kitchen and a small room with a full bathroom. Outside we have a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi, with a beautiful "palapa" and a path to the beach. On the roof we have an awesome lounge terrace for stargazing. We provide you with blankets, towels, a grill, and some other basic things for your pleasure. Also, there is a person who helps us with the maintenance of the house, he will welcome you and help you with other services like cleaning the pool, the beach, etc. Other things to note The house is very nice, it was built personally by the owner for his July and August vacations, it has a very beachy style and is very comfortable for oceanfront living. It is used a lot by its owners, which means it is always in perfect condition. It is one of the nicest houses in the area to enjoy a vacation. The entire state of YUCATÁN is known for its safety and very quiet and peaceful life, so you can feel very safe in the house and can visit all the places you want without any problem.
