2-bedroom apartment in leafy North Canberra

This charming and light-filled 1st floor apartment is located in Canberra's popular inner North. It has a leafy outlook, and is in easy walking distance to local nature reserves, shops and public transport. Tucked away near the foot of Mount Majura Nature Reserve, it provides a sanctuary from the hustle and bustle, with easy access to all that Canberra has to offer. Our place is suitable for individuals, couples and families holidaying or working in Australia's bush capital. The space Our retro-inspired apartment consists of a sunny open plan living, dining and kitchen area, two bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet, shower and a washer/dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, stove, and crockery. Basic breakfast supplies, and tea & coffee are supplied. Please make use of the pantry staples as needed. The Living room has 2.5-seater couch and extra occasional seating, a smart TV with Netflix, and free WiFi. The dining area comfortably seats 4, and the table can be expanded to accommodate up to 6. In the main bedroom you will find a Queen size bed with quality linen and a large wardrobe. Enjoy sitting in bed and watching resident kangaroos hop to the nearby oval, and listening to birdsong. In the second bedroom is a bunk bed consisting of one double bed, with single bed above, as well as a dedicated work space. Children will find a collection of toys to explore, and additional baby/kids items such as a travel cot, booster seat etc are available if required. We do spend some time staying in the apartment ourselves, so a few belongings are kept here, however the majority of storage space is kept exclusively for guests. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment. Other things to note There is one flight of stairs leading to our apartment (15 steps) with a hand rail. There is no lift in our building. Our landing is small and is shared with one other apartment. Our apartment is part of a small and quiet complex. Please show your respect to neighbours by keeping noise to an appropriate level at all times. We would appreciate if you took your shoes off inside. Please no smoking. One free off-street parking space available (uncovered), and free on-street parking for additional vehicles.
