Minutes from Hwy 101 but worlds away from the everyday. Peaceful and relaxing in the countryside, close to everything the Central Coast has to offer. The space Our home is an Eichler inspired Mid Century ranch, offering fantastic indoor/outdoor living with floor to ceiling windows on both sides of the house. Our home is the perfect size for a family gathering or a romantic getaway! Stylishly decorated keeping with Mid Century Modern motifs with authentic artwork and decor. The bedrooms and bathrooms are split on opposite sides of the house offers privacy, making it a great option for 2 or even 3 couples to share, family vacations or get togethers with friends. There is a large deck that runs the length of the house where you can enjoy a fire pit, relax in our hammock, with ample seating and dining table for outdoor dining. On the other side of our home is a large yard with lawn games and beautiful flower and herb garden, another patio area and a modern 7 person hot tub! Guest access You will have access to the entire house, large deck on one side of the house and yard with garden on the other side of the house. Other things to note Please let us know in advance if you are planning to use the hot tub so it will be heated properly for your stay. We ask that you sign a waiver before your arrival for hot tub use. The waiver will be sent to your email via DocuSign. The garage will be locked during your stay. Washer/dryer available by request. Minimum age to rent is 25 and primary guest must stay for the duration of the booking. A photo ID to verify age at the time of booking is required to finalize your reservation. EV charging available and is pay per use. Please enquire before use. Our home is in a rural area with a lot of wildlife. You will often see deer and wild turkeys roaming the streets and our property, squirrels, gophers and lizards around our home. Please do not feed or approach any wildlife. Please keep the gate to the deck closed so deer do not enter the deck during the night. While we stay on top of pest maintenance, we ask you to expect that bugs may enter the home when doors are left open, get tracked in on shoes and luggage and are part of life in the country. If you have allergies to bees, please be aware there will likely be bees buzzing around. There will not be any refunds or cancellations in regard to normal bugs & wildlife. We appreciate your understanding of this. We have beautiful 200 year old oak trees surrounding our property, during Autumn they can occasionally drop leaves and acorns and we suggest using the provided umbrellas when sitting in outdoor areas. Although we have monthly treatment, there may be gopher holes present. Please be aware of this when walking in the Garden and yard, please don’t allow children to run. We are not responsible for injuries on the property.
