Guest access The villa is separated into 3 floors and can totally accommodate up to 10 people as it has 5 separate bedrooms! On the ground floor there is a comfortable living room with cozy sofas, fireplace, LCD TV and modern furniture! There is also a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and one WC! The dining room, living room and the kitchen have an incredible view with a nice sea breeze! At the same level, there is an independent apartment that includes a double bed, one bathroom, a full equipped kitchen and a sofa that transforms into a convenient bed! The whole house offers unlimited WIFI internet connection! On the first floor, there are two master bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom and one more extra bedroom with a separate bathroom! The attic has been also transformed into a double bedroom! All these bedrooms have balconies where you can relax while enjoying the breathtaking views over the blue sea! Every bedroom is equipped with LCD TV, cooling - heating systems and spacious wardrobes! The exterior area is surrounded by a lush garden looking out to the magnificent view of the Aegeaon sea and Dia island! The hammock and lounge furniture offer an intimate atmosphere to enjoy panoramas whereas the wide covered terrace with the barbecue area allow you to prepare meals and enjoy it at the outdoor wooden dining table! The private infinity pool at Omikron Villa is designed to blend seamlessly with the Cretan environment, set amidst natural elements such as rocks, herbs, and other native materials. This thoughtful design offers guests an exceptional sense of privacy and breathtaking views of both the sea and the mountains. The pool can be heated upon request. The heating service includes a one-time warm-up cost of €180, with an additional charge of €60 per day. A minimum notice of 3 days prior to arrival is required to arrange pool heating.
