The space Apartment 114 in house 1   The approx. 80 m² and tastefully furnished three-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the house. This can also be reached by elevator. From the entrance area you can reach the modern equipped living area with a sofa set as well as a dining area for up to 4 people and a separate kitchenette. In the living area you will find a flat-screen TV with home cinema system, radio and Blu-ray/DVD/CD player. The living area leads to the approx. 10 sqm large and furnished balcony. Here you can enjoy the unobstructed view of the sea and nature. The fully equipped kitchenette includes, among other things, a fridge with freezer, an oven, a 4-plate ceramic hob, a dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and various small items that complete the kitchen equipment. Both bedrooms are each equipped with comfortable box spring beds (1.80 x 2.00 m). In the large bedroom there is another flat-screen TV and a safe.   The apartment also has a modern tiled bathroom with a comfortable shower tub. A Wi-Fi connection is available free of charge.
