Guest access Guests will have full access and use of the home 24 hours a day. You can come and go as you like and there’s an electronic lock, so there are no keys to keep up with! If you need an early check in or late check out, just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Depending on availability, the fees may be up to $75. Other things to note Although we love our pets, we ask that they not be allowed on any of the furniture. Please understand that not all guests want to wake up with someone's pet hair on their sheets. It is very difficult to remove pet hair from furniture and bedding. An additional pet cleaning fee of $100 will be collected from the deposit for any "accidents" or pet hair removal from furniture or bedding.
