Hacienda Sayulita is a Luxury Ocean View Villa located just a few minutes walk to the Beautiful Beach on the Coveted North Side of Sayulita. The Heart of the Village of Sayulita is a 10 minute walk from the villa. The space The Hacienda has been a Labor of Love in the making for the past 3 years. Star Gaze next to a Fire in the Chimenea or Watch an Outdoor Movie Under the Stars. Located on the Coveted North side of Sayulita, far enough away from the action to enjoy peace and quiet, yet only a 10-15 min. walk into the Heart of Downtown or just a couple minutes ride. The beautiful "North Beach" is located 3 blocks below the villa (5 min walk or one minute drive) and is far less busy than the downtown central beach in Sayulita. The birds eye views of the ocean and pueblo are so peaceful you feel like you're a world away from all of the action in the heart of town. It's nice to have easy access to all of the activities and beach, but also have a tranquil abode to return to when you're ready to relax. Hacienda Sayulita offers approx 20,000 sq ft. with Special Introductory Rates based on 8-10 bedrooms, all with private en suite bathrooms (many suites also have ocean views). The main level offers expansive ocean views from every space including the living room, dining room, gourmet kitchen, and outdoor dining area with BBQ by the pool area. The heated infinity pool and jacuzzi blend into the ocean and horizon. Just below the main living level, you have a fun entertainment area including the game room, bar and TV room. There are also 2 "teen bedrooms" on this level (both bedrooms have a king bed which can be split to 2 twins upon request) and en suite bath. The huge open ocean view terrace on the top level of the villa features a lounge area for 20 ppl. Lounge chairs and umbrellas are also available for sun bathing on the terrace. Bedroom Configuration: - 2 king, en suite bedrooms are on the entry level and offer partial ocean views. *Beds can be split into 2 twin beds upon request*. - one level up from main, 6 king, en suite bedrooms (3 suites face the sea with expansive ocean views and private terraces, 2 suites with small terraces and partial ocean views, and 1 suite with a small terrace and jungle view). - On the lower level (one level below main living/dining/kitchen) you have a bar and game room. You also have 3 rooms on this level (2 bedrooms have a king which can be split to 2 twins upon request and private bath and the third is the TV room/11th flex bedroom (2 fold out twin sleepers) with en suite bath. Introductory Rates include a Full Staff (Houseman/Bartender/Driver, Cook, and Maid Service). Staff hours are 9am-7pm Monday-Saturday (with an hour break for lunch). The chef grocery shops and prepares breakfast, happy hour snack and dinner upon request. They bring grocery receipts back from the store and guests reimburse receipts at cost. The nearest big grocery store is Mega located 20 min. south in Bucerias so we recommend planning your meals in advance to avoid a $60 US shopping trip fee for each additional trip to Bucerias (cab fare is $30 US each way). Please NOTE that our rates are Based on Double Occupancy per room starting with an 8 BR minimum. For instance, if you only have 10 guests but you need all 10 bedrooms, please send a message to get an accurate quote. The pricing platform on Airbnb is not compatible with our "per bedroom per night" pricing. 10% Weekly Discount Only Applies to Saturday-Saturday stays. You can add on additional rooms at least 48 hours PRIOR to your stay as needed for an additional charge per room. The property is located approx 3 and a half blocks from the beach. The first 2 blocks from the beach to the bottom of the hill is flat walk. The last block is a steep 110 step climb up the hill to the front door of the villa. It takes about 2 minutes to climb the hill (5 min total walk) and it is good exercise for active people. Pool and jacuzzi have a high level infinity edge with small spill over ledge that may make parents of young children uncomfortable. We welcome families but adult supervision is required at all times. Guest access The Hacienda is rented as a whole, privately, to one group at a time. You can reserve the 6 bedroom minimum and choose which 6 of the 10 bedrooms you'd like to use. Other things to note We accept a minimum 3 night stay only for reservations less than 15 days prior to arrival. 5 night minimum stay from Nov-May (7 night min for Holidays) and we offer a 10% discount for Saturday-Saturday stays year round (10 Bedroom reservation for the 10% Discount). We are kid friendly, however, the high ledge infinity pool and jacuzzi requires adult supervision at all times and a signed waiver of liability. Rates are based on Double Occupancy Per Room with an 8 bedroom minimum rental. For instance, our rates start at 8 BR/16 guests. If you have a 17th guest who needs the 9th bedroom please input 18 as your number of guests to calculate your total rate correctly. Airbnb's pricing platform is not compatible with our pricing structure based on double occupancy per room (they only price per additional guest so the total quote will be less than what it should be for an odd number of guests). Check ins after 7pm (no later than 8pm) are $200 US additional payable directly to the Houseman. Sunday Check in or check out is $300 US. The staff is normally off on Sunday, however, extra service can sometimes be arranged for $300 US. Please request a week prior to your stay and the fee is payable directly to the staff at time of service. There is a $250 US additional charge to have the staff work past 7pm and no later than 9pm payable at the time of service. Tips for the staff are not included in the rental rates. We suggest $20 US/per person in your group per day if you are having meals at the villa. Tips can be pooled and left at the end of your stay for the staff. For example, if you have 20 guests/5 nights, the Tip Pool would break down as follows: 20 Guests X $20 US/day per person =$400/day X 5 days = $2000 Total Tip Pool Houseman - $600 US Chef - $500 US 3 Maids - $300 US (each) Groceries are reimbursed by the guests at cost plus cab fare to and from the store (approx $20-$30 US or $400-$600 pesos each way). An "average" approximate budget per person is $50 US/day for breakfast, light pm snack and dinner including food/beverage. This is an average and can vary depending on the food/beverage you order. For example, if you have seafood/steaks and fine wines/liquors this would be more than $50/pp. per day.
