The space This chalet, completely renovated in 2022, has a surface area of 75 m², a west-facing terrace, and lots of space around it. The lake is just 300 m away, the ocean beaches 8 km away. It is spacious and can accommodate 4 to 6 people in very good comfort. On the ground floor: 1 large living room, 1 equipped kitchen, 1 toilet, 1 bathroom. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with queen size bed and 1 en-suite bathroom, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 mezzanine relaxation area with sofa bed.
