Quinn's pond/Whitewater park 2 Bedroom Bungalow

Location location location! 2 blocks from the greenbelt and Quinn's pond, easy walk to coffee shops and short bike ride to downtown. Adorable little house with plenty of room for a family, two couples, or friends. We lived in this home for 4 years and truly love it, we hope you will too! The space This is a great little bungalow with room for a family or group of friends. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, a rocking chair with ottoman, and a large dresser and closet with plenty of room to store all of your things. The second bedroom has a queen size bed as well, with a twin size rollaway to use if needed. There is also a smaller dresser in this room and a large closet with room to store whatever you need. The bathroom was recently remodeled and has a tub and shower. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a full meal. Basic spices and oils, a stove and oven, pots and pans, a microwave and fridge. The living and dining room are in one space. The couch is super comfy and the electric fireplace really warms the space on a cold day. The TV has access to Netflix, Prime, etc, you'll just need to sign in with your account. The back yard has a deck with a shade sail and seating during the warmer months. The yard is also fully fenced. Guest access You can park in the driveway, plenty of room for 2 cars if needed. You will also have the back yard, and the front yard. There is another Airbnb in the back yard but it is fully fenced off and has no contact with the main house. Guest’s well behaved, house trained dog (1 dog only please and no other pets allowed) is welcome. If you bring a dog, please do not leave them unattended in the back yard. Please do not leave a barking dog unattended in the house either. And be conscious of the guests in the other unit if your dog barks through the fence. Other things to note The house has it's own fiber WiFi. It's strong enough for video calls, fast uploads and streaming. It's a great place to work remotely or stream a movie or show! We have two Airbnb's on the same property. If you are traveling in a larger group and want to book both the 2bd house and the Tiny house, just click on our host profile to find the other one. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, where we have lived for years. Quiet hours start at 9pm, and this isn't a great location for parties or gatherings, as it's important to us to be respectful of our neighbors.
