Family villa with pool, at the foot of Pic St Loup

Beautiful recent villa nestled in the heart of the Pic St Loup region, for a relaxing vacation to the sweet sound of cicadas. A house where life is good halfway between the Cévennes and the beach. Many nature activities: mountain biking, hiking... The house is also the ideal starting point for visiting the surrounding wine estates. The village center is within a 10-minute walk. All shops are 5 minutes away by car (supermarket, bakery, butcher, etc.) The space Our villa offers a large living space with all the comforts indoors and outdoors. The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets on the ground floor, a laundry room in the garage. Upstairs (air-conditioned), one bedroom and one game room. Outside, relaxation is the key word thanks to the swimming pool, deckchairs and armchairs, summer kitchen, ping pong table. A small vegetable garden is at your disposal and 3 hens in their enclosure at the bottom of the garden can provide you with their eggs. Other things to note The beds will be made upon your arrival. Towels are provided but not for the pool/outdoors. Only the upper floor of our villa is air-conditioned. The main room benefits somewhat from the cool air that descends, but there is no air conditioning on the ground floor.
