Peaceful Urban Retreat House with Amazing Trees!

Hello! My place is a cute little duplex off a dirt road surrounded by beautiful trees. It has a ton of light, a fireplace, and a nice front porch and backyard. It's simple and rustic but perfect for anyone looking for a peaceful place to stay right in the city. Five minutes to downtown Chapel Hill and Carrboro. Close to trails, cafes, restaurants, and shops. Lots of parking and the free city bus stops just down the street. The space You are free to use all the common spaces including the kitchen, living room, front porch, and backyard! Please note that the space intentionally does not have a TV but books are available during your stay. Guest access You will have access to the full house. This is my personal residence and I rent it out when I'm out of town. Other things to note It's a duplex so there is a neighbor on the other side but they are very quiet.
