No matter where you look, you will find luxury amenities to enjoy. Our backyard will have you feeling like your in a luxury resort. The space This home has a resort style backyard with a heated pool and jacuzzi. Outdoor TV to enjoy movies with the kids. Large sitting area to unwind and relax and a luxurious dining area that seats 10 to enjoy a nice dinner with your family and friends. The covered outdoor built-in BBQ has everything you could need to cook for your party. We also have a charcoal grill if wanted (propane and charcoal not provided). Lots of lounge chairs and seating around the pool and jacuzzi. Other things to note For short term rentals (less than 28 days), there is a $100/per day charge to heat the pool/jacuzzi. This fee will need to be paid in advance of trip. Please notify us after confirming reservation that you would like to add the heated pool/jacuzzi option. There is no charge to use the pool/jacuzzi if not heating. For long term rentals (over 28 days), renter is responsible for all utilities with owner giving a $50 credit towards the monthly bills. This is in addition to the rental rate. We take a $500 monthly utility deposit which goes towards the utilities and heating of the pool/spa. If there is a balance due, we would collect the remaining balance. If there is a balance remaining, we refund within 2 weeks of checkout. Utility deposit is collect upon booking.
