Condo in The Hague

Lovely 2-floors apartment in the Benoordenhout area of The Hague. This is the house that we live and love. We rent it out when on holidays, so not that often. We are happy to welcome professionals/students attending conferences and courses, as well as families with babies visiting the country. Guests will have access to all the property. The space Our apartment has the entrance on the ground floor, and the develops on the 1st and 2nd floors of a small condo. On the 1st floor, there is a big and lightly dining area with a well equipped kitchen, a modular dining table (the table can be extended up to 9 people) and a very sunny balcony. On the same floor, there is a spacious living room and a toilet. On the 2nd floor, there is a very big master bedroom with another balcony, a guest room (with double-sofa bed) and a kid room (with 70x140cm bed). Also on this floor there is a bathroom (with bathtub), a toilet and the landry. we also have a foldable single bed that can be used in any of the room. The two balconies face on the neighbor inner gardens and trees, which we really love! Guest access Guest will have access to the whole house, except some storage spaces. Other things to note We also have 1 cat living in the house. A female called Mina. If you are allergic to cats, it is better that you don't rent this house. It would be great if you could take care of the cat when renting our house. She is pretty autonomous, amd mainly needs someone opening the front door to let her inside and ourside the house.
