This two-building property has a main house and guest house situated on the island's north end right across the street from Tampa Bay! The tropical backyard oasis has a heated pool, spa, and generous lounging space. You will be able to gaze upon the beautiful water views from the home which is just a block away from Pine Avenue’s featured local restaurants and boutiques. Blue Bay has eight bedrooms and six bathrooms. You can delight in the airy feel and beach views as you enter the leading house living space. Sit back, relax on the couch, and enjoy watching your favorite shows or catching up with friends and family. The deluxe kitchen is fully equipped and will make anyone want to cook, from the excellent counter space and splendid appliances to the ample cabinet space for all your island meal ingredients and necessities. Gather around the formal dining table fit for eight guests for your delicious meals or head downstairs to the outdoor dining table to feel the island breeze as you eat. Take a much-needed break on the deck and relish in the ocean beauty as you sit outside. The primary bedroom is on the third floor of the main house. This room will make you feel like beach royalty, with luxurious bedding with blue hues, a chaise lounge for the ultimate vacation nap, and access to the private balcony where you can find tranquility as you look out to the ocean. The primary bathroom has a double vanity, a sitting area, a spacious walk-in shower, and a tub. The second bedroom features an island-style bed with tropical colors, and the ensuite bathroom features a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and supplies space for all your vacation needs. The third and fourth bedrooms on the third-floor boost an island atmosphere, are equipped with TVs for post- island adventure relaxation, and share the hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower. Listen to the palm trees sway as you drift off to sleep in the fifth bedroom on the 2nd floor. The fifth bedroom's ensuite bathroom has a double vanity and an inviting walk-in shower. The sixth bedroom on the 2nd floor is perfect for younger guests and has storage space for vacation attire and a tv for midday watching. Finally, the guest house will have two spacious bedrooms decked-out with modern coastal design and TVs, a bathroom with modern beach hues, and a walk-in shower. The backyard is furnished with lounge sitting, a BBQ grill, and two dining tables to fit all your guests when it's time to devour the fantastic island meals. South Bay Blvd is a quiet street in Anna Maria just one block away from Pine Avenue and the home faces Tampa Bay. A car is not necessary to enjoy Anna Maria Island. You could rent a golf cart, bicycles or utilize the free trolley that runs the entire length of the island with stops approximately every two blocks. This home is managed by AMI Locals, an Anna Maria Island property management company. We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age. This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. The guest house is a great feature for the family traveling with guests that like their peace and quiet, or for the nanny to have a vacation space to themselves as well! At every turn, you will find absolutely incredible sweeping views of the bay. The top of the line kitchen is the perfect place for friends and families to gather together and enjoy each other's company while preparing meals or snacks.
