The space We invite you to share our house (cottage) located in the Spanish countryside by renting the 80 m2 ground floor for 4 to 6 people in our beautiful villa. Completely renovated with quality equipment and materials, you will appreciate its bay windows giving a 180° view of the outside. There are 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds with 100% cotton sheets and 2 bathrooms. Toilet, bath and hand towels are provided. Large equipped kitchen open to the dining room and spacious living room. You will enjoy swimming in a 12.5 m x 6.5 m swimming pool, illuminated for night swimming. Equipped with sunbeds, umbrella and solar shower. Whether you're looking to cool off or have a BBQ, the patio is the perfect place. This apartment and the outdoor spaces described above are exclusively for you. We are 15 km from the beaches of Tavernes, close to Cullera and Gandia. 15 minutes from the city of Alzira and Carcaixent (all services; supermarkets, shopping mall, restaurants, museums, local festivities...) Numerous opportunities for sightseeing, excursions and leisure. Guest access The entrance to the property as well as the parking are common and are secured by video camera. Our garden is open to you if you like to rest in the shade of a tree and listen to the birds singing. The vegetable garden is private but we are generous if the harvest is abundant... Aromatic plants are at your disposal (thyme, mint, bay leaf, rosemary...) We make guests feel right at home, with discretion and attention despite a punctual presence necessary for the maintenance of the pool, garden and its surroundings as well as common areas. Pets are welcome but we ask that they be sociable with other animals as we have a small female dog and two cats. Other things to note Tap water is not drinkable, (we have a tank with a pump) it comes from the mountain and is supplied to us by a system of "canalets" typical of the region, to see! As water is a scarce commodity in Spain, we ask our visitors to be eco-friendly. Previous visitors have left you 6 1.5 L bottles of water, we ask you to do the same for the next ones. If you wish, there are drinking water fountains in the village. There is no washing machine and it is strictly forbidden to do laundry at home. Laundry facilities are available in the nearby village. To avoid excessive consumption of air conditioning, an electricity package of 80 kWh per week is granted to you, exceeding this package, a supplement of €0.20 per kWh will be requested.
