At your disposal: Outside: - a large wooded plot with a nice bucolic pond, the whole space is at your disposal - a terrace with tables, chairs, armchairs, bbq. - a parking space that can accommodate several cars on the ground floor: - the veranda converted into a living room perfect for reading in the sun overlooking the garden as well as for an aperitif - a large living room composed of a seating area near the fireplace and a large dining table that can accommodate about fifteen people (extensions on request) - one bedroom with 160 x 200 bed and a 2-seater sofa bed (4 beds in total) - a bathroom equipped with sinks, shower and bathtub - separate toilet - equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, etc.) with access to the terrace upstairs: - a double bedroom with 140*190 bed - a dormitory with 4 bunk beds 90 x 190. - separate toilet - bathroom with sink and shower - a games/relaxation room with foosball The price includes the provision of linens and towels. The house is 20 minutes from Rennes train station, or 5 minutes by car from Servon sur Vilaine TER train station. 2 kilometers away is the very pretty tourist town of Chateaugiron with its castle, historic streets and gourmet shops. The beaches of St-Malo, Cancale and Dinard are also less than an hour's drive away.
