Newly renovated guest house among apple groves near Kivik

Welcome to Bästekille, a charming village about 3 km from Kivik. Here you wake up among apple orchards and grazing cows. In the surroundings, you will find a fantastic bakery in southern Mellby. You can swim in Kivik or in beautiful Vitemölla. On the other side of the road, there is a farm shop with eggs, potatoes and vegetables according to the season, all certified. Open 24 hours. For those interested in art, the art gallery Fabriken is located in our village Bästekille. The space The cottage is about 30 square meters, has an open floor plan with a compact living feel. The accommodation is suitable for two people. The hall has tiled floors. There are two wardrobes. Wi-Fi code is located on the inside of the closet. There is a dining area with a simple kitchen. Refrigerator with freezer compartment. Stovetop with two burners. Microwave, kettle and coffee maker. The cottage does not have an oven. There is a bed 140 cm wide and a sofa bed 140 cm wide. Extra pillows and duvets are provided under the bed. The bathroom is fully tiled with tiles with underfloor heating. Shower, toilet and sink. All windows have blackout curtains. We do not provide bed linens and towels. We provide dishwashing detergent, dishwashing brushes, garbage bags, dishcloths, soap in the bathroom. As well as cleaning products for the cleaning to be done in connection with check-out. Guest access You have access to a small, simple patio. The patio is to the left of the guest house. The patio has a nice view of meadowland. In front of the guest house there is room for one car. Other things to note Check-in at 3 pm. You will receive the code for the front door on the day of arrival. If we are not on site at check-in and, for example, it is not cleaned by a previous tenant, please contact us directly so this can be remedied. If anything breaks, please contact us so we can fix it. Check-out at 12 noon, cleaning check is done at check-out. If cleaning has not been done, a charge of SEK 1,500 will be charged. Cleaning products are in the closet in the hallway. The water is rich in lime, hence the tiled floor in the bathroom and toilet may have some lime coating.
