Please read listing carefully. No pets allowed and no smoking. This is where your glamping adventures begin. You won’t forget your time at this peaceful and quiet place. Our houseboat is docked on the canal with a beautiful view. We make every effort to provide a safe and fun experience. Some amenities include a shower, bathroom sink, kitchenette, microwave, fridge, A/C and gas grill. Since this is a green houseboat, a porta-potty is located about 50 ft. from the boat and the private parking. The space The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and friendly. Our neighborhood takes part in the neighborhood watch. Guest access Private access to and from the parking area to the houseboat. There is a designated space for houseboat guests. Other things to note There are security cameras installed on the property. The houseboat does not leave the dock. Please do not place any chairs or heavy objects on the top of the boat. NO pets allowed and the boat doesn't have a toilet but we do have the cleanest Porta potty on location. Please do not leave the door open to the boat especially during the summer. We have the a/c on for a reason plus we do not want any bugs especially mosquitos in the boat. During the summer, because it gets very hot, do not open the black out window curtains. Guests must be 21 and older and with a valid ID in order to rent from us. Some items may be different in the photos due to turn over or wear and tear of the item. This is a houseboat and does not have the standard height as a regular hotel or motel room so it may not be suitable for tall guests. If you are over 6ft. tall you need to be aware of the ceiling height in the boat or any boat.
