Guest access Due to the building’s security policies, we require online check-in on our website prior to arrival, along with valid ID for access. Access to Tower 3 is at Hamburgo #65, near Avenida Insurgentes, behind the Reforma 222 shopping center. As a reference, it’s next to the Sanborns store—everything is part of the Reforma 222 complex. A member of our team will meet you in the lobby to show you your apartment and welcome you. To use the elevator, tap the card on the reader and enter your floor number. The screen will indicate which elevator to take. Building amenities are located on the 7th floor (across the garden, at the end). Parking The parking lot is on Level -4 and your space corresponds to your apartment number. To access, take Nápoles street and enter through the first parking lane. Use the access card provided in the lobby. Drive down the spiral ramp on your right, continue through three gates, and reach the basement at level -5. You must complete this route every time you enter or exit—if not, the card will be blocked. At the final gate, tap the card once and wait; if it doesn’t open after three attempts, the card will be locked, and a penalty will apply. If you need help, press the assistance button. Do not take a parking ticket, or you’ll be charged. Please note that, due to building policies, luggage cannot be left at the reception or in common areas.
