Cheerful Pet-Friendly Lower Level Stay

Private entry. 2 bed 1 bath downstairs/ basement rental and Approx. 1000sq Ft of separate space. We love hosting! Centrally-located home in Windsor, CO. Sidewalks, paved paths, bike lanes if you choose not to drive. Close distance to restaurants, coffee shops, playgrounds, grocery stores, outdoor & indoor water activities and I-25. Upon request we have 2 paddle boards and a bike for guests. We are close to Windsor Lake for water sports, live outdoor music and trails. The space Access to this unit is on the east side of home. You find outside stairs leading to your front door. You enter into the living room/dining area. You can also see the hallway that leads you to the bathroom and 2 bedrooms. There is a couple doors that remain locked during our guest stays. One is storage the other is entry to upstairs. There is also a lock is on your side. Old entry to unit prior to putting in the separate entry. Guest access There is an electronic keypad. Shared laundry located upstairs. Joe & I live on the upper level. Other things to note For those traveling with pets- backyard does have a trash can for poop disposal. We do socialize my dogs. Upon request we have coolers, foldable chairs and tubes (float the nearby river) to enjoy if needed.
