Welcome to Cepani Apartments! We are happy to host you in our lovely family run studios. Saranda is a city of 300 days of sun and a wonderfully blue Ionian Sea. The view from our home is a panorama of all this while we do our best for you to enjoy your stay. With the beach only 5 minutes walking distance you will find a cozy, clean and comfortable studio in a calm area with the possibility of free parking around the streets near the building. See you soon! The space This apartment is located in the last floor of a 4 story building with no elevator. There are three apartments located on the same floor, all of them owned by our family that lives in one of them and rents the other two. All apartments share the same sea view balcony that is separated by blurred glass frames for intimacy. The main entrance to the apartments is located one floor below and then you climb the last inside stairs that leads to private entrances for each apartment. Guest access All amenities listed are completely for private use and there are no shared spaces/areas. You will have your own living room, bathroom, kitchen/kitchenette and balcony. ***The bathroom in this apartment is located on the second bedroom. In order for the guests sleeping on the first bedroom to access it is by passing through the second bedroom.***
