Located on the 1st floor without elevator, come and discover our luxurious Loft with an atypical industrial style of 100 m2 spread over 2 levels. Come and admire the exposed metal frame, a vestige of the old Limonaderie. There is a 15 m2 terrace equipped with summer furniture and a Jacuzzi. Parking is available in the private courtyard in a dedicated space, a great advantage in downtown Pont-a-Mousson. Ideal for 2 people // Possibility of accommodating 4 people but we draw your attention to the fact that the bathroom is open to the living area, limiting the privacy of guests. // Main Floor: - a large living room - 1 dining room - an equipped kitchen - master suite including bathroom and dressing room - terrace with Jacuzzi 1st floor: - 1 bedroom accessible by a ladder. When you arrive in the apartment, the door opens onto a corridor that leads to the living/dining room with its exposed steel beams, (Eiffel Style) a living space where you can gather around a meal in a warm and modern atmosphere, open to an equipped kitchen (4-burner induction cooktop, traditional oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine) as well as all the necessary cooking utensils to cook good dishes as if you were at home! The living room is juxtaposed to the dining room, it is equipped with a connected TV (equipped with TV box – Free possibility to connect to Netflix, YouTube etc). Behind the windows, you will find the bedroom and its 200/200 "Sofitel My Bed" king-size bed, a fully equipped bathroom with its island bathtub and a shower with a sink. Upstairs you will find: - 1 pretty attic bedroom that can accommodate 2 people. It consists of a 180/200 double bed Also equipped with a TV. You will also find available: an iron, an ironing board, a washing machine, a dryer, dishwasher. Heating is by reversible air conditioning. The password to connect to free WiFi (very high speed fiber) will be provided The apartment is NON-SMOKING, we kindly ask that you respect this absolutely. Parties and events are also strictly FORBIDDEN. Please take out your garbage before you leave, the collection point is at the bottom of the stairs. Dishes used during your stay must be cleaned in the dishwasher and put away upon checkout. Please also enter the exact number of guests when you request to book. Used bath towels should be in the basket in the bathroom. Inviting other people into the apartment is not allowed. Check-in is BETWEEN 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. Check-out before 11am Any check-in outside these time slots will only be done if we have been notified without our agreement, you will be charged an additional €90. Similarly, for checkout, it is done BEFORE 11 a.m. without prior agreement for a late checkout on our part, a sum of €90 will be charged. Third-party bookings will be canceled. NB: Please note that the apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or toddlers.
