There is a downstairs unit that rents separately but has NO SHARED SPACE with this listing. You will never see the downstairs guests and you have your own private hot tub, fire pit, deck, outdoor dining, and everything else. The downstairs unit also has all of those amenities separately so you will not be sharing anything. A few things that set this place apart are the 10" Cariloha mattresses and the luxury Cariloha sheets. There isn't an uncomfortable bed in the entire home. Even the trundle has 8" Cariloha mattresses. The grill and fire pit run on natural gas so you don't have to worry about running out of propane. The toilets have LUXURY heated seats and hot water bidets installed. There are mood lights set up in the living room to enhance the vibe. The fully equipped kitchen offers a space to cook and enjoy delicious meals before relaxing in the luxurious and comfortable living room.
