Upon entry, guests will fall in love with the inviting warmth of the decor - a masterful blend of tranquil hues and coastal charm- inviting you to relax and unwind in style and comfort! In the front sitting room, guests can relax on a large couch, and it's the perfect spot for spending some quiet time reading or having great conversations. In the family room, just off the kitchen, guests will find more seating and a large Smart TV where they can watch their favorite show or movie. This room also provides a beautiful view of the canal out back. The kitchen is a well-laid-out space offering gleaming granite countertops, modern cabinets, and all the essentials required to create snacks or gourmet meals. The home access code will be given 2-4 days prior to arrival and after final payment and receipt of a signed rental agreement, and copy of photo ID. Other things to note You will be required to sign receipt of our Terms and Conditions for staying in one of our Vacation Homes. This can be done electronically or in person on the day of arrival. Access to the home can be restricted until you have agreed to our rental terms. RENTAL AGREEMENT TRANSACTION DIFFERENCES: The rental agreement you will receive from Roelens Vacations will vary from the amounts you are presented by Airbnb. Airbnb will collect the required 11% taxes and also a service fee. We do not see these amounts and therefore our rental agreement will only reflect the amounts we have netted from the transaction brokered by Airbnb.
