The space There is no other place you will want to be on the lake other than at Casa del Lago ~ Lake Livingston! Fully equipped kitchen includes two full size refrigerators plus a wine frig (you won’t run out of room to store all your food while keeping your drinks nice and cold!), Keurig coffee maker, cappuccino machine, drip-coffee maker, French press coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster oven, Air-Fryer, crock-pot, microwave, dishwasher, blender, juicer, snow-cone machine, mixer, tons of dishes, serving platters, kid friendly plates & bowls, and all utensils. Are you planning a weekend with lots of yummy BBQ? Then Casa del Lago Lake Livingston is where you want to be with 2 grills to cook up your favorite meet and veggies! A propane gas grill and a charcoal grill is provided with grilling utensils (be sure to bring charcoal & lighter fluid). For those with kiddos, don’t worry about traveling with your pack n’ play as we have got you covered! Casa del Lago Lake Livingston is kid friendly with all the kid essentials you will need: a pack n’ play, crib mattress, crib sheets, highchair, bumbo seat & tray, lots of kid toys, and a play pop-up tent. Having little ones ourselves, we added gates on the large wooden deck by the house to make it completely enclosed as well as gates going to the upper party deck and a gate to go down to the water. This will help you feel more comfortable with little ones at the lake! For all the lake fun you are dreaming of, we have provided 4 kayaks, an extra-large lake mat that all ages love, a rope swing for swinging into the lake, inflatables, 4 sitting floats, extra chairs, and life jackets. Our boat house has a large upper party deck with lots of space and lounging chairs! The boat house is equipped with Bluetooth speakers, an outdoor shower, running water, electricity and plenty of lights. Lake Livingston is the 2nd largest lake in Texas (90,000 acre lake) and is known for its amazing fishing of catfish, white bass, striped bass, largemouth bass, crappie and sunfish. Our cove is known for its catfish and white bass as our 3 and 5-year-old daughters caught 6 just off our dock in less than 40 minutes with their Elsa fishing poles! Don’t worry, if you have a rainy day, we have you covered as well with foosball, ping-pong under the extra-large covered screened-in porch, cornhole that you can set up in the screened-in porch as well, hammock, an outdoor bed under the covered porch for your afternoon nap, board games, cards, dominos, chess, checkers, books, you name it! There is fun for everyone to end the day with two firepits to enjoy. A propane fire pit on the wooden deck next to the house with outdoor couches seating 8 and a firepit down by the lake with plenty of firewood to cook up some hotdogs or smores while watching the sunset. All guest beds have very comfortable mattresses with the master bed having a king luxury latex mattress and the downstairs basement room with a pillow top king mattress. Bedroom 1: King Bed with ensuite full bathroom Bedroom 2: Queen Bed Bedroom 3: Bunk room with a Full over Full Bunk Bed Bedroom 4: King Bed & Queen Bed (Queen Bed is behind a cement wall partition that offers privacy) Parking easily fits 4 or 5 cars or 3 cars and a trailer. Boat, boat lift & Jet Skis (on private boat dock) is not available for use but there is a community boat ramp available just one house over to make it very easy and convenient to bring your own boat for some lake fun! Please note: No more than 10 guests are allowed on the property at all times (whether they are visiting during the day or staying the night). Any guests over 10, will incur a $150 fee per day per person.
