Located less than 5 minutes from Heavenly Ski resort, shopping centers, and nightlife. Both the kitchen and the bathroom have been updated and this home has everything you need to cook a great meal. The space My cozy A frame cabin has sunny morning views facing the mountain and a nice front deck for enjoying coffee or a cocktail. The kitchen has new appliances and modern amenities, and the bathroom has been remodeled with a heated tile floor. The steps to the lofted bedroom are steeper so many not be suitable for those with mobility issues or young children.Well behaved pets welcome with additional pet fee. There is one queen bed available on the first floor, and one twin extra long bed available in the loft. Tons of cozy seating in the living room and the front of the house has the BEST forest views! There is one room at the rear of the home locked off for storage of my personal things. Other things to note This home is my personal residence so please take care of it as you would your own. I love hosting guests to the Tahoe area! We are permitted to host up to 4 guests and 2 vehicles at Tahoe Black Cabin. Children 13 years old and under do not count in the total guest count. You must be 25 years or older to book at a reservation at Tahoe Black Cabin. Verification with a government issued ID is required. A rental agreement and good neighbor contract are required to be completed and signed at booking. Quiet hours in the City of South Lake Tahoe are 10pm to 8am.
