A huge 4.5×6.5 m studio room all to yourself, 3 minutes walk to Blackheath park & beyond to stunning Blackheath village & shops. Local to Greenwich Park & town too. Just 7 minutes walk to Lewisham Station which is very well-connected direct to Central stations. A convenient 10 mins to London Bridge / Charing Cross, 20 mins Victoria, easy accessibility on the DLR to Canary Wharf & East London. The space Welcome to a space with a super king size bed and quiet spacious room overlooking a garden, all in walking distance to many amenities and a fast direct line into central London. This is a very tranquil home with high spec decor, a beautiful vibe which is very relaxing. The rooms are of superior quality, with high ceilings, huge windows, full of light, a charming fireplace and wooden floors. The space is fully furnished, with high speed wifi. The kitchen has high quality Miele appliances, essential kitchenware and accessories, plus a new top of the line Bosch washing machine. The bedroom has been recently refurbished, plus fitted with a blackout blind for a restful sleep. Also with a super king new top quality Simba mattress and ‘John Lewis’ oak and metal bed. The room looks out onto a garden with a beautiful large tree on a quiet residential street. The bedroom, bathroom and kitchen have been recently re-painted. This stunning apartment was built in 1895 by the main architect of the area Mr Eliot, as his family home. You will find many roads in the area named after the Eliot family. Amenities include vacuum cleaner, iron & ironing board, dishwasher, kettle, high quality Berkey water filter, toaster, pots, pans, cutlery, extensive plates, bowls & cups. A new combi boiler was installed last year so hot water is a-plenty! I have another large room in the home, which is rented longer term to a trusted friend. The bathroom and kitchen are shared. If you do require the sofa bed made up with clean sheets, it is an extra £35 fee. This fee per night is for 2 adults and a child. Costs are as follows: 1 hour - £1.60 5 hours - £3.20 1 day - £6.40 1 week - £25.60 Well behaved dogs and cats are allowed to stay in the property. Everything you consider when you're looking for a new place - it is as light and airy as the pictures seem, as open and spacious, the water pressure works properly, are there nice views and enough storage space, does heat and cool, the kitchen and bathroom clean and practical - all is more than delivered with this flat. Hattie has maintained an immaculate space that is also warm, welcoming and comfortable. The bedroom gets beautiful morning light and overlooks a set of gardens. It is such a long room that you could divide into spacious, independent sleeping and sitting areas. I moved from a full one-bedroom flat into this room four years ago with room to spare. The wardrobe has inbuilt shelving and hanging racks. Kitchen and bathroom are bright and immaculate. The kitchen especially has tons of storage space and is a lovely place to sit or work in. The flat is a few minutes from Lewisham station and from Blackheath Common. Greenwich Park is under a ten minutes' walk away, so especially right now when green spaces are so important to health and well-being, this is an ideal place to be. I can't say enough good things about Hattie either as a landlord or a person: considerate, respectful, empathetic and always going out of her way to look after your happiness. After four years, I not only entirely trust her as a landlord but value her as a friend. I would not be leaving the property if I were not going back home under the current circumstances, and I hope someone will spend a very happy time here, as I have done. Lindsay
